Kindiki Rallies Samburu Behind Ruto's 2027 Re-election Bid

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki called on residents of Samburu County to support President William Ruto's 2027 re-election bid, saying the Kenya Kwanza administration remains focused on delivering its development agenda.Kindiki made the appeal during a public engagement in Maralal attended by Samburu Governor Lati Lelelit and other local leaders.

During the meeting, the Deputy President highlighted ongoing government projects in infrastructure, education, healthcare and security, saying the administration remains committed to improving livelihoods across the county. He urged residents to remain united and support the government's programmes, arguing that continuity would help accelerate development.

Kindiki also encouraged local leaders to work closely with the national government in delivering services, while reaffirming the Kenya Kwanza administration's commitment to inclusive development and equitable distribution of resources. The visit forms part of a broader series of political engagements by senior government officials ahead of the 2027 General Election.
